Hi, I'm Deshae Hicks, founder of Full Circle Solutions.

My journey hasn't followed a traditional path, and that's exactly what gives me a unique perspective. Growing up in foster care taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of having strong support systems. Becoming a mother strengthened my passion for building something meaningful—not just for my family, but for the businesses and entrepreneurs I have the privilege of serving.

Throughout my career, I've worked in childcare, healthcare, group homes, customer service, administrative support, and virtual assistance. While the industries were different, they all required the same core skills: organization, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and the ability to keep operations running smoothly. Those experiences taught me how businesses function behind the scenes and how small improvements can lead to significant growth.

Being surrounded by entrepreneurs gave me a front-row seat to the realities of running a business. I found myself naturally identifying ways businesses could improve their operations, strengthen their customer experience, simplify their processes, and create more opportunities for growth. Before long, business owners were coming to me for advice, and what started as helping others evolved into Full Circle Solutions.
